|Recommended: YesWe loved living there. Neighbors were nice. Management and staff were always on the ball. We loved living near shops and restaurants and all. Unfortunately we needed more space and needed to move.

|Recommended: YesQuiet place to live — When the new steps were put in weather wasn't taken into effect so now water stands at top and bottom of steps and walkway alongside steps.

Unfortunately, the Contractors had no other possible way to install the staircase when widening for easier move in and move out of larger furniture. We understand your concern but our maintenance team works hard to unsure the safety and cleanliness of the property and can not control how the weather leaves water puddling in areas. I am more than happy to have maintenance review the area the next time we have rain. Thank you again for making us aware of the situation.

|Recommended: YesRenewing after first year — I moved in from out of state a year ago and I could not have found a better place for the price at the time. The office staff is responsive, as is the maintenance crew. The outdoor areas are always upkept, and I've never had to wait long for a maintenance request. I'm happy to stay and renew my lease for another year. My only concern is that if rent continues to go up, I will not be able to stay a third year. Otherwise, I highly recommend these apartments.

We also understand your concern with rent prices, and we do our best to have competitive rental prices with our neighboring communities. Although, we do our best to keep increases at the minimum, you may notice that utility prices are on the rise with many other services that unfortunately causes rent to increase.
